The Role: What an AI Solutions Engineer Does
The AI Solutions Engineer will sit at the intersection of sales, product, and delivery. This is not a theoretical role; it is a hands-on position focused on designing, building, and optimizing voice-based AI agents.
Key responsibilities for the AI Solutions Engineer include:

Prompt Engineering & Design: Design and iterate on conversational flows using STT (Speech-to-Text), LLM, and TTS (Text-to-Speech) providers such as ChatGPT, Claude, and ElevenLabs.

Demo Creation: Build high-impact, quick-turnaround demos of voice bots to assist the sales team in showcasing capabilities to potential clients.
